SputterTek, LLC manufactures custom magnetron sputter sources for the thin film industry. We offer round and linear sources that employ our patented magnetron design for high target utilization and improved process performance.
SputterTek develops custom mechanical and magnetic design solutions in close collaboration with our customers. We use the latest 3D modeling software and a well-established network of local suppliers to ensure optimum performance and the highest quality.
