The Bald Eagle contains dual telemetry receivers for C, S, L, EP and P Bands down to a 70 MHz IF signal with diversity combining, dual digital 40 Mbps bit synchronizers, dual 50 Mbps frame synchronizers, 50 Mbps PCM simulator and IRIG Time Code Reader. The Bald Eagle passes high speed time tagged PCM data to multiple software suites decommutators, including TarsusPCM and DEWESoft for real-time and post analysis.
