KOREA VAC-TEC CO., LTD.(VTC) was established in 1987 as a response to market’s requirements and growing interest to application of vacuum technique.
Since that time more than 300 vacuum systems (batch and in-line types) were produced and installed world wide for different applicaiton such as Precise Optical Coatings, AR Coatings on ophthalmic lenses, Sputtering Systems for decorative, EMI protective, Mirror coatings, etc.
Since that comparatively short period of time the company has developed and manufactured a variety of vacuum machines, being applied in different spheres of industry.
Based on full PC-controlled softwere with profibus I/O communication provides fully automatic operation via user editable modular recipes, with process, event and error protocols. These features provide quick-service, with ability of remote diagnostics and on-line help.
Some of the processes were implemented for the first time in Korea, using our machines.
VTC was first company in Korea which developed optical coater with full automation control system. Company has 20-years experience in building in-line sputtering systems.
VTC is the first company in Korea which built in-line sputtering system, including PV application.
