Our thesis is simple: we will keep people drier and cleaner by sending real-time alerts to caregivers when an incontinence pad is soiled, allowing the caregiver to respond quickly to those patients that need attention. Our solution is robust and elegant. An ink-based patent-pending sensor is incorporated into a premium incontinence pad to detect amount and duration of moisture. A wireless radio transmitter snaps easily onto the pad for the purpose of reading, characterizing, and transmitting data to an easy-to-operate cloud and mobile based software platform that integrates gracefully into the caregiver's existing workflow.
