As a fully owned subsidiary of CRWA we exist to assist water and wastewater systems with various technical assistance services and engineering needs in California.
By means of our outreach and support initiatives, we have provided aid to hundreds of communities throughout the state of California in various ways, such as grant writing and administrative assistance, conducting needs assessments, preparing and submitting TMF assessments, undertaking feasibility studies, on-site leak detection and training, dealing with compliance issues, formulating operations and maintenance plans, generating EAR reports, preparing CCR reports, performing risk assessments, installing back-up generators, creating master plans, GIS mapping, asset management, developing capital improvements plans, implementing risk management protocols, fostering drought resiliency and water efficiency, as well as assisting in planning and construction funding applications, and providing engineering support from pre-planning phases through construction for all types of water-related projects, and offering training programs to small community water systems.
Our commitment lies in catering to the needs of small water systems by keeping abreast of emerging compliance issues, offering high-quality information to systems, providing training programs, and various technical assistance services to assist rural communities in ensuring a consistent supply of clean drinking water and adhering to regulations set forth by the Division of Drinking Water, as well as other State and Federal enforcement agencies.
