YOU at College is a digital platform designed to promote health and overall well-being for each and every student on today's college campuses. The YOU portal was developed through a public-private partnership with Colorado State University to address the overwhelming increase in utilization of counseling center services, the high rates of suicide amongst college populations and the overall pressures negatively impacting the mental health and well-being of today’s college students.
YOU is customized for each campus and personalized for each student by optimizing original, online evidence-based/supported and campus resources to connect students to the right resources at the right time - prior to an academic, physical, or mental health crisis. YOU increases the visibility and effectiveness of campus resources, promoting inclusive excellence, assisting with student retention and promoting overall health and well-being. YOU is a comprehensive solution with the acknowledgement that mental health challenges do not occur in a vacuum, helping students lead healthy, happy and successful college experiences.
