PaintCare Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, represents paint manufacturers to plan and operate paint stewardship programs in U.S. states and jurisdictions that pass paint stewardship laws. In parts of the United States where PaintCare operates, we encourage households, businesses, and individuals to take their leftover paint to a
drop-off site, where it is sorted and managed for reuse, recycling, energy recovery, or safe disposal. PaintCare is a program of the
American Coatings Association.
