As a family-owned micro-distiller, we are known for our single-batch whiskeys as well as for our 3rd Gear ready-to-drink Old Fashioneds.Crafted in small batches from a 90-gallon copper kettle, we offer about 25 craft spirits under the Yahara Bay banner. We run on a culture of R&D and continue to serve as an incubator for many local start-up spirit brands, having produced nearly 50 products for contract clients. Our copper pot stills are a beautiful backdrop to the Public House where our guests enjoy our Yahara Bay spirits, craft cocktails and chef offerings on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
