PAES is a hands-on vocational assessment where students explore real-world jobs across five career areas— Business Marketing, Construction/Industrial, Consumer Service, Computer Technology, and Processing/Production.
Beginning with basic tasks, "employees" advance through jobs, being assessed on nearly 1,200 data points, to all be compiled into a Summary of Performance Report.
