El Paso is currently in the midst of a downtown renaissance and is experiencing unprecedented growth and development. The city you may know has changed dramatically in the last five years and will continue to do so thanks to the Quality of Life bond which will give a half a billion dollar investment into downtown El Paso. Recently opened, the Hotel Indigo, added 119 artfully decorated rooms to the inventory in downtown El Paso. Additionally, construction has already begun on a Marriott Urban Courtyard hotel that will offer 151 rooms in the next 18 months and an Aloft hotel, with an additional 100 rooms, is scheduled to open mid-2018. Also important to note, the 357 room, Camino Real is slated to undergo an 18 month, $75 million total renovation, restoring it to a Four-Star Convention Hotel, located directly across the street from the El Paso Convention Center. Assets such as a multi-purpose arena, downtown street cars, museums, parks, libraries, trails and a zoo expansion, will make El Paso America's next great meeting hub!
