Boehmer is a manufacturer of API6D fully welded forged steel ball valves with more than fifty years of experience in the production of ball valves. Back early 1960s; Boehmer started making fully welded ball valves which are now the major part of our portfolio. This production is 100% in Germany. Our market sectors are several gas applications – transmission, distribution, storage and more. Gas fired and combined cycle power plants built by Alstom and Siemens worldwide is another important area of application. The main markets Boehmer is currently active in are Europe, Russia and other CIS states (i.e. Kazakhstan), Asia (China, Thailand, Singapore and others). In North America, Boehmer started doing business in the gas distribution market in Canada about ten years ago and is seeking now to expand its activities to US and Canadian transmission and distribution companies as well.
