The Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB®) was established in 1978 and is a not-for-profit professional, International nursing organization certifying over 8600 nurses in wound, ostomy, continence and foot care. WOCNCB® is the “Gold Standard” for certification® and is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) and the American Board of Specialty Nursing Certification (ABSNC).
