Dr. Jeffrey D. Pullen serves as the Associate Director, Financial Systems for the Justice Department. He oversees several Departmental financial management and payroll systems. He has an extensive background in accounting, information systems, and project management. Dr. Pullen hold graduate degrees in Information Systems, Accounting, Public Administration, and Project Management. He recently completed his Doctoral of Business Administration degree in Project Management. He holds certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Federal Acquisitions Institute (FAC-COR Level III and FAC-P/PM Senior Level).
