Sarah is the Principal Staff Officer at Indigo Books & Music. In this role she’s responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Performance Management. Since her arrival in 2015, Sarah’s redefined how Indigo sources and assesses talent leveraging non-traditional hiring practices to ensure the right people are brought into the organization in the right roles at the right time. Prior to joining Indigo, Sarah ran Talent Acquisition for the retail division of Aritzia LP based in Vancouver. Her career in Human Resources began in an agency setting where she led recruitment practices in legal support and law firm management. When Sarah isn’t hosting Indigo Auditions, she can be found running with Linus, her Weimaraner.
