Sarah Truchard is the Safety and HR Manager at Rockwater Energy. Sarah’s passion is talent development and working the last 9 years in the learning and recruiting space has allowed her the opportunity to pursue it! Sarah received a B.A. in Exercise and Sports Science with an Education concentration from St. Mary’s University and holds a M.S. in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University. Off the clock, Sarah enjoys spending time with her 1 year old twin boys.
