Ken brings over 20 years of experience in the industry, and is nationally known for his industry knowledge on Smart Meters and Smart Grid. Ken has been very involved with APWA in working through the details of fiber projects, aggregation and economic development. He has spoken at several industry conferences, has authored several industry articles and recently served a state level economic development fellowship. He has been deeply involved in the design, engineering, and operation of more than 200,000 miles of telecommunications plant, including more than 30,000 miles of fiber optics.
