Mr. Chappell is a Road Operations Superintendent with Pierce County Planning and Public Works, in the Road Operations Division, specializing in asset management, and storm drainage maintenance. Graduated from WGU with a MS in Management and Leadership in 2017. Now with 20+ years of experience, Mr. Chappell is leading the development, deployment and operation of the Road Operations Division, asset management programs. His section also manages pits, facilities and emergency response.
