Scot Gordon, P.E. graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree and a Master’s of Engineering degree both in civil engineering from Texas A&M University. He has over 29 years of experience providing soil stabilization consultation, conducting geotechnical assessments, materials research, and construction observation testing throughout the southwest and mid-Atlantic regions. Scot has extensive experience involving design, evaluation and research of pavements, soil stabilization, pavement management plan development, and preparation of geotechnical reports for design and construction. Scot’s experience includes soil stabilization at Denver International Airport, Lead Pavement Designer for State Highway 130 in Austin and the Horseshoe Project in Dallas, and numerous other stabilization and design projects in Texas. He now serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Data Transfer Solutions, LLC. with his primary responsibilities including business development for asset management services and consultation and quality control for pavement evaluations and maintenance optimization.
