ROBERT BATTYE Vice President North America, Silicon Controls Pty Ltd Robert has 30 years' experience in IT & Consulting. His career started in project management, business consulting and systems design and includes executive roles with DEC, COMPAQ and ATOS-KPMG in Europe, the US and Asia. In the last 8 years as Silicon Controls VP of North America he has worked with a number of propane distributors integrating tank monitoring into distribution systems and processes aimed at reducing delivery cost and improving customer service. Silicon Controls provides telemetry equipment and services to the global propane industry. With more than 150,000 monitored tanks and over 70 distributors using the Gaslog solution, Silicon Controls is one of the leaders in this field.
