Kyla Nemitz is the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and leads candidate sourcing, workforce analytics, operations and contingent workforce teams. In her role at MSK, Kyla focuses on building efficiency, creating value and implementing key strategies to drive the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function. Since starting at MSK in 2011, she has implemented a successful candidate souring model, strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics, and multiple new systems driving efficiency, all to ensure MSK’s talent acquisition group has scalable hiring solutions to meet its growth demand. Since 2011, MSK’s workforce has grown by 25 percent and is continuing to grow, supporting Kyla’s role to build new plans, strategies and systems to efficiently scale its hiring. Kyla has a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and more than 10 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
