 Mr. Todd C. Commodore has been with the FBI’s CJIS Division since 1995.  Currently, Mr. Commodore has serves as the Unit Chief of NCIC Operations and Policy Unit and is responsible for the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) program.  In this position, he oversees the full range of the NCIC system to include management of national NCIC policy, NCIC systems access, coordination of the concept design, and development and implementation of system enhancements.  Currently, he oversees a national user canvass to build requirements for the next generation of the NCIC system. He has also served as Unit Chief of the CJIS Audit Unit and was responsible for national compliance to all FBI CJIS Division programs, and managed the Interstate Identification Index (III) and National Fingerprint File programs.  He also served as the FBI’s Compact Officer, where he provided statutory guidance to state and federal agencies on the usage of the III system for noncriminal justice purposes.  He also has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Development.
