Doug Moser is the Chief Engineer for the Army's Biometrics Automated Toolset product line. Doug has held numerous technical and program leadership roles within the government, as a government contractor, and at non-government entities as a consultant. He has been involved with a wide array of teams, from being the principal enterprise architect for clients engaged in large scale government and commercial ERP implementations, to the financial sector where he worked with investment side clients to build and deploy research, retail, and institutional investor systems for Wall Street and other financial center clients. Prior to entering the civilian workforce in 1994, Doug was an officer in the Marine Corps, where he was a naval aviator flying fighter/reconnaissance aircraft, with an additional specialty of intelligence. Doug holds a BS degree in Engineering Operations from North Carolina State University, and an MS degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School.
