Ray Kimble is CEO and Founder of Kimble and Associates. Kimble and Associates works with multiple clients around the world to address technology challenges and drive social change. Such projects include spearheading the use of DNA evidence and biometrics within crime laboratories and the first responder community to working with DARPA on warfighter technologies to focusing on today’s identity management issue. - Providing project management, contract management, strategy building for GSMA’s Personal Data program and GSMA Foundation. Work has included management across the Mobile Connect deployment with the Americas region and leading a two-year federal grant with ATT, Verizon, TMO and Sprint to develop more secure and privacy-enhancing identity solutions for the marketplace.
- Building a best of breed County-wide Privacy Program for Santa Clara County and their residents.
- Building strategy for the Office of National Coordinator, within HHS, to develop interoperable electronic health records.
