As the Director of Recruiting for MedExpress Urgent Care, a rapidly growing subsidiary of Optum, Jon Ruben directly oversees both corporate and center recruiting efforts. Over the course of his 7 years at MedExpress, Jon has held a variety of roles within the Recruiting Department including Program Manager of candidate evaluation methods. Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from Fairmont State University in West Virginia and was recently selected to UnitedHealth Group’s emerging leader program.
