Paul Sainato is a PhD student in Mining Engineering at the University of Kentucky.˜ Mr. Sainato is a professional engineer with licenses in Kentucky, Ohio, and Illinois and is licensed to practice law in Kentucky.˜ He has several years experience in the coal industry which he hopes to share with future engineering students.
