Joe Rubin is a co-founder of Crowded, a recruiting technology provider that ensures employers can maximize the value of the candidate data in their Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). He is also a director and co-founder of FundingPost.com which introduces entrepreneurs to investors nationwide through its Online Venture Exchange and VC and Angel Investor Conferences in 23 cities. Rubin has also invested in over a dozen seed deals over the past several years and is a founding partner of ARC Angel Fund I & II, seed tech funds based in NYC with Investments such as Upnext (acq. by Amazon), Medivo, Sidecar, Kanvas (acq. by AOL), YieldMo. He is a prior board member of the Crowdfund Intermediary Regulatory Advocates, and on the Investment Committee of Elevate Innovation Partners. Prior to Crowded, Rubin raised $2.5M for his dot.com start-up producing a family-friendly network & 100+ flash-based video games which were playable online and sold in stores like Comp USA. He was also the Webmaster at Knight Securities (NASD: NITE), where he helped to design its online trading platform and website. He began his work in television production, graphic design and 3D animation professionally when he was 15, and graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor's in Communications.
