Ms. Kerr is currently a senior vice president of operations for Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. (Sedgwick) in our Southfield, Michigan office. She joined Sedgwick in February 1999 and has over 17 years of experience in integrated claims management. Azurely is a leader who takes action and drives change, throughout Azurely’s tenure she has a proven track record of working in partnership with several clients to maximize efficiency and customer service. She has also worked on several implementations in order to deliver the excellent results that our client demand. Azurely has proven to be an innovative self-starter who is skilled at meeting any challenges and deadlines while maintaining an organized and highly-effective work environment. In her current position, she is responsible for the oversight of operations and with the programs that we administer out of the Southfield, MI office for multiple line programs. Her current client base includes programs where we handle FMLA, short and long term disability, workers’ compensation, and clinical operations. She has had excellent success in partnering with our valued clients and delivering outstanding program performances and results. Azurely received her bachelor’s degree in social science from Michigan State University.
