He has also written and appeared as an industry expert for a variety of media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Times of London, CBS and Fox. Rob Floyd has created a distinct niche in his ability to create luxury cocktails that are all at once delectable, inspiring and accessible. His focus on history and storytelling, combined with under-the-radar ingredients, create not just a cocktail, but an adventure in a glass and a feast for the senses. Rob has designed drinks for the Oscars, Emmys and Grammys. He has rewritten cocktail programs at such famed establishments as The Bazaar, Chateau Marmont and Princess Cruise Lines. Rob founded and is the president of RX Liquid Chef, which focuses its efforts on consulting with top restaurants and casinos across the globe, working to implement world-class drinks and team-based service. At RX Liquid Chef, he created a one-of-a-kind theatrical show, Cocktail Theatre, where he dazzles audience members with interactive adventures with cocktails and stories that create indelible experiences through drink. The show has captivated audiences in LA, New York, China, and Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas.
