Rebecca Rose joined the Export-Import Bank of the United States as Vice President of Communications in early January 2017. Rebecca has more than 10 years of experience working in communications for the federal government at an array of agencies. She has addressed issues ranging from defense, medicine, criminal and civil law enforcement, finance, and clean energy – all the way to science and technology. Rebecca serves as the Chief Partnership & Strategy Officer for Young Government Leaders, the only 501(c)3 non-profit professional organization founded and led by young government employees. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington, and a Master of Human Relations degree from the University of Oklahoma.
