Mr. Boudreau enlisted in the Army in 1983 and received his warrant officer appointment in 1990. His warrant officer assignments include, but were not limited to: Maintenance Officer for the 6th Theater Signal Command, Saudi Arabia; Communications Officer for the Supreme Allied Commander (SACEUR), Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), Belgium; and Satellite Systems Engineering Officer, Defense Information Systems Agency Europe, Stuttgart, Germany. He was selected as the third Regimental Chief Warrant Officer of the Signal Regiment in January 2010 retiring from active duty in 2014. After his retirement, he was selected as the Director, Office Chief of Signal at the Cyber Center of Excellence (CoE) and Fort Gordon. In this capacity, he acted for the Commanding General as the single point of contact for personnel development matters affecting the Signal Regiment. His responsibilities for overseeing these functions encompassed over 32,500 Active Duty, 18,800 National Guard, and 9,500 Army Reserve Signal Soldiers. In October 2014 he was detailed and later selected as the Deputy Commandant of the U.S. Army Cyber School serving as the Supervisory Training Advisor to the Cyber Commandant to coordinate and integrate all matters pertaining to both Cyber Corps personnel proponent actions and development, conduct, and resourcing of education and training for the Active and Reserve Component Soldiers and civilians in the Cyber Corps. Mr. Boudreau has completed the Civilian Supervisory Development Course, has a BA in Counseling, a M.Div., and is simultaneously working on his M.Ed. and D.Min.
