Ron Foudray is vice president of Business Development and Strategy for Northrop Grumman’s Technology Services sector, a recognized leader in integrated logistics; sustainment; modernization; defense, health, civil and government services; and training solutions. Foudray is responsible for identifying, assessing, shaping and capturing new business opportunities across the sector’s customer and industry partner communities. Foudray is also responsible for defining the sector’s strategy and is responsible for overseeing strategic planning, innovation and portfolio management. Key activities include developing the sector’s Long Range Strategic Plan, driving strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and special projects. Foudray has more than 30 years of experience in designing, integrating, producing, and fielding space, ground-based, operational and tactical intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems. Most recently, he was sector vice president of Business Development (BD) for the former Information Systems sector. Prior to that, he was vice president of BD for the Cyber division of the former Information Systems sector. In previous roles, he was vice president of BD for the former Cyber Solutions division and director of BD for the former Cyber Intelligence division. He was also director, Cybersecurity Group, and director, BD, for the former Defense Systems division of Information Systems. He retired from the United States Navy on Jan. 1, 2003. While on active duty, he was responsible for the acquisition, development, fielding and operation of C4ISR space-based payloads, terrestrial communications, and service on various naval platforms. His service includes major forward deployments to the European and Southwest Asia theater of operations.
