Limagrain Cereal Seeds is the US wheat breeding division of Group Limagrain, a farmer-owned international cooperative group specializing in field seeds, vegetable seeds and cereal products. Originally trained in classical botany, Frank Curtis has worked for Limagrain and its subsidiaries for 35 years. His responsibilities have included plant breeding, technical management, product development, seed production, sales and marketing, senior management positions and more. He moved to the U.S. in July, 2010 and now lives in Fort Collins, Colo. Frank was previously a member of the Breeders’ Committee and the Field Crops Section Board of the International Seeds Federation and chairman of the International Royalty Collection Systems working group. He is the lead author of a peer-reviewed paper on this subject.
