Corvid Technologies


Phillip is an Energetic Material Researcher at Corvid Technologies. His responsibilities include the development of experimental methods to investigate and characterize energetic material behavior.˜ Phillip?s current research focus is analyzing the high deformation of materials induced by the detonation of energetic material and utilizing these systems to provide innovative solutions to complex problems.˜He utilizes a range of tools in his research including massively-parallelized Eulerian Finite Element Analysis (FEA) solver. Phillip received his Bachelors of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla in 2008. He received his Masters of Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2011. He is currently a Doctoral candidate at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Phillip has been a member of ISEE since 2006.
