Ms. Cindy E. Moran serves as the President and Managing Partner for Pikes Way LLC. Previously, Ms. Moran held executive and senior leadership positions within DISA and the Army as a civilian employee including Director of Network Services, Deputy Chief Information Officer and Deputy Strategic Planner for DISA. Ms. Moran has 30 years of experience in government telecommunications programs, their management, governance, resourcing and acquisition and leadership roles. Ms. Moran has been a Director of NCI, Inc. since June 3, 2015. She serves as a Member of the Government Advisory Board at CIENA Government Solutions, Inc.
