Major Julianna Rodriguez has been serving as the chief of the Cyber Technical College within the U.S. Army Cyber School since August of 2015. She commissioned into the Air Defense Artillery after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2003. Her military education includes the Air Defense Artillery and PATRIOT Officer Basic Courses, the Military Intelligence Captain's Career and Signals Intelligence Courses, Intermediate Level Education Common Core, and Airborne School. MAJ Rodriguez transitioned to Cyber from Military Intelligence and Space Operations (FA40). She began her career in PATRIOT missile systems through a branch detail to Air Defense Artillery. Her military assignments include Fire Control Platoon Leader and Executive Officer, B Battery, 1/43 ADA, Suwon Airbase, Republic of Korea; Executive Officer, C Battery, 1/7 ADA, Fort Bliss, TX; Battalion S2, 1/7 ADA, Fort Bliss, TX; Battery Commander, HHB, 1/7 ADA, Fort Bliss, TX and Suwon Airbase, Republic of Korea; and Division Targeting Intelligence Officer and Intelligence Liaison Officer to Stability Operations, 82nd Airborne Division, Bagram Airbase, Afghanistan. She joined the United States Army Cyber School after having served as an instructor and assistant professor at USMA in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department. MAJ Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Columbia University.
