Shelly Burke is associate counsel for Sterling Bay and specializes in commercial real estate and general corporate law. Shelly also sits on the boards of the Women’s Board of the Urban League and Goodman Scenemaker Board. She spends time volunteering with and mentoring underprivileged youth within the Chicago community. She is a member of a prison ministry that provides support to family members of the incarcerated and advocates for a fair justice system. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha. Shelly is originally from Miami, Florida and currently lives in Chicago. Shelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctrine degree from Howard University School of Law. She enjoys traveling, running and mentoring the youth.
