Kyle is the Senior Risk Control Consultant for the ROCIP, OCIP, CCIP, Wrap-up, and direct client Willis Construction Practice. This unit is currently working with local and regional offices throughout the country on more than 150 active programs. In his role Kyle is responsible for support, guidance, collaboration with clients, and project analysis on matters related to insurance, risk, and safety. Furthermore, Kyle provides risk control consultation for several sectors of construction including utility, energy, healthcare, infrastructure, and general construction. Kyle has worked for over 17 years as a Risk Manager and Safety Director in the construction industry. Combine with his contracting experience, projects he has involved with include, but not limited to: Tunneling, Utilities, Bridge and Road, Commercial Construction, Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation. He has worked with several independent construction clients and well as on several wrap-up projects within the construction industry. Kyle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies. He is also an administrative legal specialist (OSHA) for the construction industry. He has been a speaker at the Construction Super Conference for several years covering topics that include administrative law, OSHA, and safety legal issues.
