In 2015, she became a certified emotional intelligence practitioner to support individuals to expedite growth. In 2016 Caroline began writing about the importance of emotional intelligence development and became an advocate for recruiters and people leaders to adapt their emotional intelligence in the AI age. She launched The Emotionally Intelligent Recruiter podcast and coaching service so every recruiter can access a coach to obtain recruiting excellence.
