Michael C. Brown is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Prior to joining ICE, Mr. Brown served as the Executive Director, IT Services Office, for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from 2007 until 2015, where he built and oversaw an $800 million per year fee-for-service organization that delivered IT infrastructure services across all elements of DHS.
