With the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (DHS/TSA), performing complex budget analysis and planning as a small business program analyst. The 21st century business climate requires administrative professionals who can combine a thorough knowledge of technical details with a broad understanding of procurement opportunities for business-government partnerships. Melissa is an impressive individual who possesses both. Her work at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, has equipped her to help small business owners to achieve their professional goals and boost their bottom lines through government small business set-aside programs and other incentivized strategic measures such as DHS Strategic Sourcing and DHS Mentor Protégé Program.
