Justin C. Danilewitz is a former federal prosecutor who spent five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney prosecuting a variety of federal crimes in the District of New Jersey before joining Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr as a Partner in the White Collar and Government Litigation Practice. Justin represents companies and individuals in both criminal and civil litigation, drawing upon his extensive experience in government appearing before judges and juries, both at trial as well as in sentencings, plea hearings, bail hearings, and other proceedings in federal court. Justin has also written a wide range of trial and appellate briefs on both criminal and civil issues, some of them before the U.S. Supreme Court. Justin received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Masters in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and A.B. from Harvard University.
