Mr. Ashcroft is the Structure Tone Organization's General Counsel for European operations. Among other things, Mr. Ashcroft is responsible for company-wide compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and works with Mr. Fields in respect to the implementation of Structure Tone's Ethics and Compliance programmed in the U.K. and Ireland. Prior to Structure Tone, Mr. Ashcroft was an associate at Mayer Brown LLP's London office, where he was a member of the firm's Construction & Engineering Group.
