Mr. Huyghe is the Founder and Chairman of CORE International Consulting, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia, with Regional Directors located in Asia Pacific, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom. Mr. Huyghe is an internationally recognized expert and testifier with extensive experience in project advisory services, general contracting, construction management and dispute resolution, and is acknowledged as a leader in assisting owners, contractors, designers and counsel with large domestic and international projects in distress or litigation. Mr. Huyghe spent 3 years in Hong Kong analyzing and testifying for clients. As a general contractor, Mr. Huyghe began constructing projects in the late 1960s and built€”as a Licensed General Contractor€”oil refineries, chemical and steel plants, wastewater and water treatment facilities, and large-scale infrastructure and commercial construction projects. As a "hands-on" contractor, his time was spent on site dealing with all construction matters and, in particular, labor, resource and scheduling issues. For the past 25 years, Mr. Huyghe has been actively involved with the monitoring, analysis, facilitation of on-site settlements, litigation and management of major construction projects, including EPC contracts involving energy, petrochemical, water and wastewater, industrial processing, infrastructure, tunneling and high-rise construction. He has developed a Project Advisory methodology that helps project owners and contractors beginning in the pre-development stages through the entire course of construction, mitigating delays and disruptions, and managing project costs. His Project Advisory Services are specifically tailored to each client's requirements and location around the world, and address the initial upfront planning, scheduling and man-power assessments, site logistical risks, project controls, performance monitoring, program management, and other areas of concern.
