In addition, he has prepared and defended claims, as well as provided expert testimony (oral and written) and litigation support for mediations, arbitrations and trials. Since 2017, Israel has been recognized in the annual rankings of Who's Who Legal: Construction, Who's Who Legal: Consulting Experts, and Who's Who Legal: Arbitration. Israel's experience includes construction project management, project controls management, contract management, CPM scheduling and delay analysis, loss-of-productivity analysis, damages analysis, and change order review.
