Dr. Patricia D. Galloway is an international arbitrator with over 40 years of experience specializing in energy and construction matters. She is a Fellow in both the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. She is a licensed professional civil engineer and holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law School-Straus Institute, a Diploma in International Arbitration, and is a member of several arbitral institution panels including the ICDR (and its international energy panel), AAA (megaproject, large complex, energy, construction, commercial and Master Mediator), CPR (energy, construction and cross border) and the ICC. Dr. Galloway has served as Chair, member of 3-member panels and as a sole arbitrator. She also serves on the AAA Board of Directors. Dr. Galloway has lectured and published numerous articles regarding mediation and arbitration and has received numerous awards including the AAA's Director of the Year.
