Ted Fire joined The Kraft Group in 2000 to manage the design and construction for the new $325 million Gillette Stadium Project. He has subsequently been involved in all of The Kraft Group's construction and real estate development efforts, including the $400 million Patriot Place mixed-use development adjacent to the stadium. Additionally, Fire manages the overall development effort for Patriot Place including leasing, design, and construction. Ted and his development team have spearheaded efforts to attract major tenants, including Bass Pro Shops, Brigham & Women's/Mass General Health Care Center, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, National Amusements, Renaissance and Hilton Garden Inn Hotels, and numerous stores and restaurants to Patriot Place. Fire has overseen the development and construction of multiple packaging and warehouse facilities for Rand-Whitney Container, a Kraft Group company and the largest independent corrugated packaging manufacturer in New England. Previously, Fire spent 14 years with Turner Construction Company managing a variety of large scale projects including the $200 million World Trade Center East and West Office Building Projects in South Boston, MA. He also managed the US Airways Terminal B Expansion project at Logan Airport. Fire also spent a number of years in various assignments at Turner, working on multiple projects valued at over $500 million, including Harvard Institutes of Medicine, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Shirley Correctional Facility, Bose World Headquarters, and Federated Department Stores. Fire received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree from Princeton University.
