As Director of Enterprise Strategic Technology at GreatAmerica, she has used that experience to assist dealers and vendors to improve their operational efficiencies. Additionally, she is instrumental in architecting the company’s technology integrations and other software solutions. Tawnya has been an active participant in CompTIA’s Managed Print Services Community since its inception.
