Samuel has been working at Granby Zoo for over 16 years. Starting out as a lifeguard, he then moved on to other opportunities in the organization, holding various functions more closely related to his expertise in management and customer service. For over 6 years, he has been Granby Zoo’s Client Services Director, overseeing 5 departments and managing more than 600 employees.
