Fearless leader and COO of Vine Solutions, Paula Brannon, has more than 25 years of management and Human Resources experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry. Her hands-on, can-do attitude along with excellent organizational, project leadership, presentation and communication skills, has been paramount in the defining the role of Vine Solutions as it stands in the industry today. Her established track record of problem solving and getting results spans from restaurant operations to her long tenure in Human Resources, having worked with companies employing from 20 to 3,500 people in various labor markets. Prior to joining Vine Solutions, Paula was the Director of Human Resources for Left Bank Restaurant group, Restaurants Unlimited, a privately held restaurant corporation based in Seattle, Washington and the Bi-Rite Family of businesses. Paula holds several professional certifications, including Human Resources Generalist, The Advanced Certificate of Employment Law, and the McGraw/Hill Supervision Series Seminar Trainer. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
