Ms. Sheena Little is a Procurement Center Representative for the U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of Government Contracting, Area V. In this capacity, she supports the Defense Health Agency and U.S. Army contracting units located on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, by ensuring small business program compliance. As a Commercial Market Representative, she manages a portfolio of large businesses located in the Austin area to ensure compliance with federal subcontracting plans. She also conducts Size Determinations and Certificate of Competency Reviews. Ms. Little has over 27 years of federal service with the latter 17 being in the contracting career field. Throughout her career, she has also served in other positions such as Administrative Specialist, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counselor, EEO Manager, Contract Specialist, and Procurement Analyst. Ms. Little is a graduate of the Air Force’s premier COPPER CAP contracting internship program and has held various contracting positions in the Department of Defense with her latest being a Small Business Specialist. She has a Masters in Human Relations, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and Associates of Science in Office Administration. Ms. Little is also a graduate of the Air Force’s Squadron Officer School (in residence). Her professional certifications include Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Level III, Contracting and Certified Federal Contracts Manager, National Contract Management Association.
